Dr. Koch completed his specialty training with a fellowship in Advanced Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University, where his achievements earned him an appointment to the full-time faculty in July 1995.  At Stanford, he served as Associate Professor, Co-Director of the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery, and Co-Director of the Fellowship for Advanced Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. 

From 2006-2010, Dr. Koch served as Medical Director and then Chief Medical Officer of Lifestyle-Lift.  He provided surgical training and medical support for 75+ Facial Plastic and Plastic Surgeons under his supervision.

Dr. Koch provides medicolegal services, cosmetic medical device consulting, and investor consulting.
